Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms set the basic conditions for using the Still Coding portal (still-coding.cc, the “site”) operated by JH Kim (the “operator”). Each connected app runs at its own address; where an app publishes its own terms, those terms take precedence while you use that app.

2. The service

The site introduces web apps and experiments built by the operator, explains how to use them and how they handle data, and publishes technical notes from their development. The site and apps are free and may display advertising.

3. Your responsibilities

• Do not use the site or apps for unlawful purposes.
• Do not send abusive automated traffic, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt other users.
• Material you share in multi-user apps such as collaboration or game rooms is your responsibility. Do not share material that infringes others' copyright or privacy.
• Do not click ads fraudulently or encourage others to click them.

4. Content rights

Unless otherwise noted, the text, design, images, and code examples on the site belong to the operator. Short quotations with attribution and personal learning use are allowed. Open-source libraries and public data follow their own licenses and terms.

5. Changes and interruptions

The site and apps are run by an independent developer. Features may change without notice, and services may pause or end because of maintenance, cost, or third-party services. Back up any data that is stored only in your browser.

6. Disclaimer

The site and apps are provided “as is”. The operator works to keep them accurate and reliable but does not guarantee that tools for learning, practice, or exploration replace professional equipment or official information. For example, bus information depends on public data feeds, and pitch readings are visual feedback for practice. Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the service.

7. Privacy

Personal data and advertising cookies are covered by the privacy policy.
